Chi pensava che potesse esserci pace tra Samsung e Apple, evidentemente si sbagliava, visto che il brand di Cupertino ha messo nel mirino alcuni modelli specifici concepiti dal brand coreano, a causa della violazione di alcuni brevetti che faranno molto discutere nei prossimi giorni.
Del resto, il documento presentato da Apple sembra essere piuttosto chiaro sotto questo punto di vista:
“Judgment as a matter of law that Samsung infringed claim 25 of the ’959 patent bymaking, using, selling, and/or importing within the United States the Admire, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II, Galaxy SII, Galaxy SII (Epic 4G Touch), GalaxySII (Skyrocket), Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and Stratosphere, and a new trial ondamages for that infringement; or in the alternative, a new trial on infringement anddamages”.
