Avreste mai pensato che un giorno il vostro cellulare avrebbe potuto sostituire il vostro cartellino di lavoro? E che potesse farlo anche senza essere passato su qualche lettore particolare?
Come abbiamo già avuto modo di scoprire, il nostro cellulare piano piano sta “fagocitando” vari oggetti che un tempo erano di uso quotidiano, ma le funzionalità sempre più complesse dei nostri telefonini ci stanno facendo abbandonare tante vecchie abitudini che un giorno davamo per scontate. Una di queste azioni potrebbe diventare presto anche il classico gesto della timbratura del cartellino nel posto di lavoro.
La INAZ, la maggiore azienda italiana specializzata in amministrazione e gestione del personale, ha ufficialmente presentato un sistema per la rilevazione delle presenze in azienda che si implementa in un telefono cellulare. Particolarmente adatto ai lavori in mobilità, pensiamo ad esempio a chi è spesso in trasferta o che per la mansione che ricopre entra ed esce spesso dall’azienda, questo sistema si può adattare anche a ruoli “normali” come potrebbe essere il classico cartellino da timbrare per i dipendenti statali.
INAZ Mobile Term non necessita di un dispositivo dedicato (anche se una versione economica è disponibile) ma può essere integrata in ogni smartphone che abbia Windows Mobile (dalla versione 5.0 in su) e con funzionalità GPS. Questo potrebbe rivelarsi quantomai economico per le aziende che già adottano questi tipi di cellulari per i propri dipendenti. O addirittura potrebbe essere un metodo vantaggioso per l’acquisto di un cellulare da parte dei dipendenti nel caso in cui l’azienda possa acquistare in blocco a prezzo speciale gli smartphone necessari per l’operazione.
Anche quì si potrebbe aprire una grossa parentesi in merito alla privacy dei dipendenti e il fatto che ci si possa sentire un po’ troppo monitorati, ma ricordiamoci che il posto di lavoro (sia esso statale o privato) resta sempre un luogo in cui una volta timbrato il cartellino – virtuale o cartaceo – non andrebbe “abbandonato” per scopi personali.

nell’ “azienda” in cui lavoro sara’ presto disponibile questo nuovo sistema di timbratura elettronica, sapete dirmi se oltre a sostituire il vecchio cartellino il mio telefono puo’ diventare anche un modo, per il mio datore di lavoro ovviamente, di localizzarmi a distanza?….

in teoria no, perchè questo sistema riconosce “TE” solo quando il tuo telefonino passa la zona specifica. Se il sistema che adotterà la tua azienda avrà dei cellulari appositi, con tanto di GPS, putroppo non è da escludere.
